360sphere creates 360° virtual tours of physical spaces. This page explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the type and location of your property, and your message.
• WhatsApp and email. If you message us directly, we receive your number or address and the content of your message.
• Basic usage data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run the site securely. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, plan a shoot and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it for us

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, enquiry-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form service (Web3Forms), and our email is hosted by Zoho. These providers process data on our behalf only to run those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Virtual tours on this site

Tours shown here are published with the property owner's permission. If you are the owner or occupant of a space shown in a tour and want it changed or removed, write to us and we will act on it promptly.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
